ALL cancellations must be made atleast 24 hours before flight time or passenger/s will either pay high no show fees to rebook or refund the ticket or lose total value of the ticket depending on specific airline rules. Passengers who don’t notify the agency at least 3 hours to 24 hours before departure (rule varies with each airline), that they intend to cancel their trip and get the refund or rebooking process started will be marked as “no shows” by the airline on flight date and will be subject to high “no show” fees by the airline or not be able to get any kind of refund (depending on specific fare rules for your ticket). On some airlines, changes have to be made before departure date to not lose all credit. Return changes can be made after departure either direct with the airline at destination city or by contacting Ethiopis Travel Agency and paying the applicable fees and fare difference, if there is any.
Net fares are refundable but with a penalty–contact us to get the penalty amount for your specific ticket as penalties /fees vary depending on the airline. Note: some net fares are non-refundable on specific fares. Best way to be sure is to contact us if you need to know the refund/ exchange rules for your specific ticket.
Published fares, whether domestic or international fare, no matter what airline, are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Tickets for flights that originate outside of the U.S., except in some cases, are non-refundable after purchase
